Project H4J Community Manual
INTRODUCTION
This manual serves as the definitive guide for all members, leaders, and stakeholders of the H4J Community, establishing a shared framework for how we operate, collaborate, and grow together.
Its structure is patterned after the Church Manual, carefully designed to ensure perfect alignment with the principles of faith and practices of the church. Importantly, this Community Manual does not replace the validity and authority of the Church Manual—instead, it is crafted to serve the extended community of the local church, guiding outreach efforts to those outside the church’s formal jurisdiction but within the reach of its care groups, volunteer missionary societies, independent ministries, and support organizations.
