📖 MORNING WATCH | DAY 78
MARCH 20 • YEAR 1: FAITH THAT ROOTS US
WEEK 4: “Uniting Local and Global for Gospel Impact”
✨ THEME: “One Body, Many Parts – Linking H4J Homes to World Mission”
Focus: Aligning online formation for Homes for Jesus (H4J) Communities and on-site activation for Creation Sabbath Fellowship (CSF) Care Groups—strengthening the Adventist Mission to proclaim the everlasting gospel by uniting local service with global purpose, growing fruitful disciples as one body in Christ.
📜 KEY SCRIPTURE
“Endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.”

💬 REFLECTION
The Adventist Mission isn’t a collection of separate efforts—it’s one body moving as one for the everlasting gospel. 🌍 In Masbate City, our H4J Communities connect online to learn and pray together, while CSF Care Groups act on-site to serve neighbors, tend Creation, and share hope. Every home in our H4J network is a vital part of this global body, just as every hand or eye serves a unique purpose in our physical selves.
When a CSF team in Barangay Pawa plants seeds in the community garden, they’re not just growing food—they’re sowing seeds of God’s love that link to missionaries planting churches in distant lands. When we join online formation calls to study scripture with H4J families across regions, we’re building the unity that makes the gospel’s witness powerful. This is how we grow as fruitful disciples: by seeing our local acts of care as part of God’s bigger plan to reach all nations.
💡 PRACTICAL IMPLICATIONS
- Online Formation: Host a virtual “Global-Local Link” session in your H4J Community—invite an Adventist missionary to share their work, then brainstorm how your CSF Care Group can support their efforts (e.g., prayer chains, fundraising for supplies)
- On-Site Activation: With your CSF team, create a “Mission Map Wall” at your meeting spot—mark where your local harvest goes, where your prayers are focused, and how your work ties to global Adventist Mission fields
- Each H4J home can adopt a missionary family to support with regular notes, prayers, and small donations from garden sales or community initiatives
- Adapt your next CSF Care Group activity to highlight a global mission focus (e.g., a lesson on Creation care in other cultures, or preparing care packages for missionaries)

How can you help your H4J Community or CSF Care Group see their local service as part of God’s global mission to share the everlasting gospel with all nations?
