💬 REFLECTION
Sharing Jesus isn’t just about speaking words—it’s about living them out in how we care for one another. When we help an elderly neighbor carry groceries, adapt a Bible study for a SPED learner, or tend to plants in our CSF Care Group community garden, we are doing more than a good deed: we are reflecting Christ’s heart for all people.
In our Pawa and Batuhan communities, and across the world, God calls us to see every person as His beloved child. A gift of food to a family in need, a listening ear for someone with a disability, or a helping hand for a gifted child to share their talents—these acts bridge our local lives to God’s global mission. They show that faith isn’t just something we hold in our hearts; it’s something we live out in ways that touch lives, build trust, and open doors to share the hope of Jesus.
💡 PRACTICAL IMPLICATIONS
- Identify one neighbor or community member with unmet needs (e.g., mobility support, help with chores, or access to resources) – take one small step to serve them this week
- Work with your CSF Care Group to adapt a service project (like a food drive or park clean-up) to ensure full participation for PWDs and SPED learners
- Share a story of how practical care led to a conversation about faith with someone in your neighborhood
- Connect your local service work to a global mission project – e.g., donate a portion of your community garden harvest to support a missionary-led feeding program
💭 REFLECTION QUESTION
Which act of practical care could you offer this week that would help someone feel seen, valued, and connected to the love of Jesus?
“For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.” – Mark 10:45 (NKJV)
