Day 30 – Last 40 Days of 2025 Season of Prayer and Thanksgiving

“I pray that your partnership with us in the faith may be effective in deepening your understanding of every good thing we share for the sake of Christ.”
REFLECTION
This verse centers on partnership in faith – how our unity in Christ strengthens not only our own understanding but also the good we bring to others. As we near the end of this 40-day season, we are reminded that our spiritual journey is never solitary: every prayer we lift, every act of thanksgiving we offer, and every step of obedience we take is woven into the fabric of our community.

PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS FOR H4J AND DCN300 COMMUNITIES
- For H4J Members: Reach out to at least one fellow member you haven’t connected with in the past month. Share one “good thing” Christ has done in your life during this season, and ask them to do the same. Use this conversation to pray together for the community’s upcoming initiatives.
- For DCN300 Members: Identify a small group or ministry team within the community where partnership could be strengthened. Offer to take on a task that eases someone else’s load, and commit to praying for that team’s purpose and members daily for the next week.
- For All: Write a short note of thanks to a community leader or volunteer, highlighting how their faithfulness has deepened your own understanding of God’s goodness. Share this note publicly (with their permission) or privately to encourage unity.
CLOSING PRAYER
Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of partnership in Christ. Through Your Word in Philemon and throughout Scripture, You call us to walk together, bearing one another’s burdens and celebrating each other’s joys. Strengthen the bonds of H4J and DCN300 – may our unity be effective in bringing forth good things for Your kingdom. In Jesus’ name, amen.
