• Encouragement: Offering words of support and appreciation, especially during challenging times.
• Collaboration: Seeking opportunities to work together more effectively, valuing each person’s unique perspective and skills.
• Prayer: Lifting up our fellow laborers in prayer, asking God to bless their efforts and strengthen their commitment.
